Every business has their own marketing needs and initiatives – as such, Miles from Broadway’s sponsorship packages can be customized to fit your business’ needs.
Types of Sponsorship
5 Star Sponsor: $1,200
- 12-month sponsorship term
- Sponsor logo on all marketing and promotional materials for all productions including social media platforms but not limited to: Instagram, twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Sponsor’s logo and/or advertisement will be prominent in printed and/or digital programs available during any or streamed performance
- Minimum 6 productions in a 12-month term
- Venues will promote Miles from Broadway productions with Miles from Broadway promotional materials, to the venues’ own distribution lists
- Sponsor’s logo on Miles from Broadway website (https://milesfrombroadway2.wordpress.com) for a 12-month period; listed as a “5 Star Sponsor” with active links
- Sponsor’s logo on YEG Preview website (https://yegpreview.com/) for a 12-month period – listed as a supporter. YEG Preview is the go-to site for all listings of plays, musicals, operas, operettas, and concerts in Edmonton & surrounding areas
- Sponsor’s logo on all printed posters
- Sponsor’s logo and/or advertisement will be displayed in the closing credits of all of our streamed performances during the 12-month period as well as in the printed program available during any live performances
4 Star Sponsor: $1,000
- 9-month sponsorship term
- Sponsor logo on all marketing and promotional materials for 9 months for all productions including social media platforms but not limited to: Instagram, twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Sponsor’s logo and/or advertisement will be prominent in printed and/or digital programs available during any or streamed performance
- Minimum 4 productions in a 9-month term
- Venues will promote Miles from Broadway productions with Miles from Broadway promotional materials, to the venues’ own distribution lists
- Sponsor’s logo on Miles from Broadway website (https://milesfrombroadway2.wordpress.com) for a 9-month period; listed as a “4 Star Sponsor” with active links
- Sponsor’s logo and/or advertisement will be displayed in the closing credits of all of our streamed performances during the 9-month period as well as in the printed program available during any live performances
3 Star Sponsor: $850
- 6-month sponsorship term
- Sponsor logo on all marketing and promotional materials for 6 months for all productions including social media platforms but not limited to: Instagram, twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Sponsor’s logo and/or advertisement will be prominent in printed and/or digital programs available during any or streamed performance
- Minimum 2 productions in a 6-month term
- Venues will promote Miles from Broadway productions with Miles from Broadway promotional materials, to the venues’ own distribution lists
- Sponsor’s logo on Miles from Broadway website (https://milesfrombroadway2.wordpress.com) for a 6-month period; listed as a “3 Star Sponsor” with active links
Sponsor a Show – $450
- Featured on the show’s landing page
- Sponsor logo on all marketing and promotional materials for this particular show including social media platforms but no limited to: Instagram, twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Sponsor’s logo and/or advertisement will be prominent in printed and/or digital programs available during any or streamed performance
Sponsor a Series – pricing dependent on the number of shows in a series
- Featured on the shows’ landing pages
- Sponsor logo on all marketing and promotional materials for this particular series including social media platforms but no limited to: Instagram, twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Terms to be agreed upon with the Artistic & Managing Director and/or the Fundraising Manager.
“Official (business – i.e., Drycleaner) of Miles from Broadway”
- The “Official” title is available for a 12-month term – multi-year option is possible with agreed upon terms with the Artistic & Managing Director and/or the Fundraising Manager.
