The Prop Shoppe is owned and operated by Miles From Broadway Society and is Edmonton’s newest theatre prop shop and thrift store that exclusively supports the Edmonton and surrounding area community theatre, independent and professional theatre companies.
Benefits of becoming a member:
Individual Membership: Are you a props designer or independent producer? Become a member and you will have access to all props in our inventory. Any props you don’t have a place to store can be donated to The Prop Shoppe to earn points towards your annual membership.
Annual Fee: $25.00, one pull fee a year is waived. $15 pull fee applies for additional pulls.
Theatre Company Membership: Same as the benefits listed above for individuals. Any theatre company that is an active member of The Prop Shoppe on December 31st and has programmed at least one show in the following calendar year will be eligible to participate in profit sharing from revenue earned by the thrift store.
Annual Fee: $50.00, one pull fee a year is waived. $15 pull fee applies for additional pulls.

What is the pull fee for?
The pull fee covers the time required for someone to administer the prop(s) borrowed from The Prop Shoppe. A Miles From Broadway representative will meet you at our storage unit where you can pickup the prop(s). We will complete all necessary paperwork, document the state of the prop(s) borrowed and go over our expectations of handling while the props are in your care. Props are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
